Call Center Manager

Links Global is recruiting for a mid-level call center manager for a federally funded call center established for public health communication/education.

Job Duties

  • Serve as lead points-of-contact at contracted help desk and carries out help desk activities and responsibilities, including preparation, execution, and record-keeping related to timely response of phone, written, and in-person inquiries.
  • Conduct information dissemination activities.

Serve as point-of-contactfor troubleshooting computer equipment.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • 5+ years of experience in call center management
