Health Communications Program Manager

Links Global is recruiting for health communications program manager who will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating overall program policies and directing subordinate managers and staff.

Duties

  • Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate overall public health communication and education programs
  • Direct and manage staff including project managers, social researchers, writer and editors, web designers, audiovisual specialists, information technology staff, meeting planners, subject matter experts, translators, analysts,trainers, and warehouse staff.
  • Create and direct program goals, objectives, performance requirements
  • Monitor program tasks, activities, and outcomes
  • Administer program costs, establishing and tracking budgets, and monitoring expenditures
  • Oversee contract compliance and schedules of deliverables considering the delivery of media, marketing, graphics, website design, video production, advertising, outreach, market research and analysis
  • Exercise subject matter expertise in public health topics

Qualifications

  • Masters degree or equivalency in public health, communications, or related field
  • 10 years of experience related to the field including 5 years of management experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English 
  • Skills in utilizing digital platforms for project management, file management, scheduling, interpersonal and group presentation
  • Subject matter expertise in 1 or more areas of public health
