Job Summary:

Links Global seeks a resourceful and detail-oriented Program Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will provide critical administrative and technical support to program managers and staff, ensuring efficient program delivery and achievement of program goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Planning and Development:
    • Assist program managers with research and data analysis to inform program development and planning efforts.
    • Help prepare program budgets, timelines, and work plans.
    • Draft and maintain program documentation, including program manuals, reports, and presentations.
  • Program Implementation:
    • Coordinate logistics for program events, workshops, and training sessions.
    • Assist with outreach and recruitment activities for program participants.
    • Process and manage program data using relevant software programs.
    • Track program expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Program Monitoring and Evaluation:
    • Assist program managers with data collection and analysis to monitor program performance.
    • Prepare reports summarizing program activities and outcomes.
    • Contribute to program evaluation efforts by gathering and compiling relevant data.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Communicate effectively with program participants, staff, stakeholders, and other agencies as needed.
    • Maintain clear and accurate program records and databases.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure program alignment with agency goals.
    • May provide technical assistance to program participants or staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program support, project management, or a similar administrative role.
  • Experience working in a government environment (a plus).
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs (e.g., project management software, database management software).
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • U.S. citizenship may be required.

Pay: Hourly wage based on $95,000 per year plus fringe benefits.
